OverviewJoin to apply for the Nurse Practitioner | Womens Health (SK) role at Coral.Company overview and role details are described further below.Role detailsPosition: Womens Health NP (Licensed Medical Professional, member of the CRNS).Location: Work from home in SaskatchewanEmployment Type: Independent contractor, 1 to 2 days per week in equivalent time. To be discussed.What Youll DoKey Responsibilities:Conduct virtual consultations to assess and manage perimenopause / menopause symptoms.Develop and implement personalized care plans, including HRT when appropriate, based on patient needs and evidence-based guidelines.Educate patients about perimenopause, treatment options, lifestyle modifications, and preventive care.Collaborate closely with RNs and MDs on lab tests, exams, and prescribed medications to ensure comprehensive care.Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records (EMR) in compliance with PIPEDA regulations.Stay updated on the latest research and guidelines related to perimenopause and HRT.Provide a compassionate and supportive environment for patients, fostering trust and open communication.Maintain the highest standards of care.What Were Looking ForQualifications: SK license required, with additional provinces licenses being a bonus.Clinical Expertise: NP with specialized experience in womens health, hormonal therapy, and holistic care, focused on peri- to post-menopause. Bonus if you have basic knowledge of nutrition, exercise, and psychology.Attention to Detail: Thorough in client assessments, symptom tracking, and documentation in the EMR.Strong Communicator: Interpersonal and communication skills for a virtual setting.Collaborative Leader: Able to work with Nurses, Doctors, and coaches, providing medical oversight and direction. Ability to escalate to MDs when needed.Problem Solver: Able to make critical decisions when symptoms escalate or change, prioritizing client health.Client-Centered: Focused on improving outcomes, especially with HRT management, symptom relief, and long-term health.Adaptability: Comfortable with the fast-paced nature of virtual healthcare and a start-up environment; able to balance remote work with growth.Education: Committed to educating clients and care team about care plans and options.Evidence-Based Care: Stay up-to-date with latest research and apply guidelines in practice.Remote Work: Comfortable using telehealth platforms and EMR systems.Be part of something bigger.
