In this role, you will be responsible for creating interactive web products and services that are helpful, easy to understand and a pleasure to use for our 25 million plus yearly visitors. A primary responsibility will be to research and build new questionnaires that customers fill out to create customized documents. This is a full-time permanent position, working 37.5 hours per week with opportunities in office or hybrid. **Primary Responsibilities*** Create and implement new interactive questionnaires and documents for our website* Use multiple low-code or no-code Content Management System (CMS) platforms to build and publish document templates* Conduct research and user testing to help optimize the customer experience* Write and edit questionnaire content to make the creation of document templates simple and easy for our users* Assess the viability of new features and documents to expand our selection of document templates* Prepare feature requests, ensuring clear requirements are communicated to our development team* Create project plans, track corresponding work, and make changes to the project scope when needed* Conduct peer reviews to maintain high quality standards* Collaborate with our Legal, Research, Design, Development, and QA departments to create powerful documents* Analyze the sales performance of documents to optimize project effectiveness* Explore, create and follow best practices for our web products**Knowledge and Skill Requirements*** Post-secondary education in Writing, Communications, Business, Library Science, Software Development (ex.
