Financial Horizons continues to operate independently in the marketplace.What you will doFull scrubbing of received applications ensuring that SLAs (Service Level Agreements) are metCommunicates with advisors to obtain missing information and/or signatures required on investment applicationsApplication entry into the WealthServ systemEnsuring adherence to process to mitigate required LOIsEmail wire order confirmation for application submissionCompletes transactions and trades on WealthServ systemTransfer follow ups ongoing updates to ensure current data is captured in the WealthServ systemRetrieve and respond to incoming email inquiries and requestsWorks extensively with back office systems, WealthServ, as well as insurance carrier websitesWork is carried out with some latitude to decide when and how work is completedResults directly contribute to the performance of the teamThe position requires no direct supervision or coordination of employees, but may occasionally assist other employees by providing them with informationWhat you will bringPossesses specialized knowledge of investment products, specifically Segregated FundsMinimum of 3 years experience in the insurance and financial services industryProven experience in Microsoft Office applicationsKnowledge of WealthServ an assetCompletion of PostSecondary School, or equivalentThe base salary for this position is between $45,600 and $68,400 annually. This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation (i.e. annual bonus, commission etc).
