As a Service Professional, youll be the face and voice of TELUS for our customers. Youll meet with them in their homes, installing, maintaining, and supporting a range of services, including security, internet, home automation, TV, and telephone. Youll also set up services, provide onsite support, and highlight sales opportunities to help customers maximize their TELUS experience. Are YOU someone who? Hourly wage of $27.70 (base $25.70 + $2.00 for Aerial Outside Plant Climbing) plus sales commissions, annual bonuses, regular increases, employee share purchase plans, service discounts, and a health spending account after 6 months of continuous service. Qualifications You are passionate about sales with proven ability to exceed targets through technical expertise You excel at consultative selling and can turn service calls into sales opportunities You are driven by solutionsbased selling and enjoy recommending products and services that will make your customers lives easier You have natural technical aptitude and passion for technology with proficient knowledge of consumer electronics You thrive on objection handling and excel at building trust through technical competence You can work collaboratively in team environments while operating independently with minimal supervision You have strong problemsolving skills and maintain high performance under time constraints You have normal colour vision required for working with colourcoded wiring You can handle a physically demanding workload including standing, lifting, climbing ladders, bending, crawling in confined spaces, and working in various indoor/outdoor environments You are flexible and able to work various shifts: days, evenings, weekends, statutory holidays, with the possibility of outoftown assignments Youre fluent in English with a clear, genuine and persuasive communication style; additional languages are considered beneficial Your written and oral communication skills are professional You enjoy continuous learning and have the ability to learn formally and informally in a dynamic environment You can meet applicable testing requirements Requirements Proven customer service and sales experience Clean and valid full Class 5 Drivers License or other provincial equivalents; a drivers abstract will be needed Completed a minimum of Grade 11 Math; transcripts and/or diplomas required Great to have Any previous experience and/or education in telecommunications or security would be an asset #J-18808-Ljbffr
