This position will lead reporting, analysis, drivers, and action plans on an ongoing basis. This team member is a key player on understanding the results and forecast of the business, providing insights to key stakeholders and cross-functional partners.Responsibilities / Accountabilities:Financial Forecasting and AnalysisResponsible for short-term and long-term business P&L, providing clear visibility into results and forecastOwn cross-functional partnerships to provide insights and create action items to solve gaps and drive the businessAnalytical assistance on business results and achieving financial targets via data-driven insights and recommendationsDevelops monthly forecast on the full P&LOwns the Finance MPR presentation to Away From Home and Finance Leadership teams and explaining root cause and business driversAssesses risks and opportunities for the business and initiates mitigating measures.Planning & StrategyLeads the 3-year strategic planning process and works with Marketing and Sales team on developing full financial projections for the key initiatives.Leads the Annual Operating Plan (AOP)Financial modelling for costing and profitability projection including Innovation launches, custom/customer label productsTeam supports whitespace reporting and analysis to ensure Sales team is achieving the set targets for whitespace initiativesBecome expert in industry, providing recommendation on channels, customers, product formatsQualifications:Bachelors degree in related areas is requiredExperience in CPG and/or Foodservice industry is a plusDemonstrated strong analytical skills and broad business acumenExperience in Financial Planning Analysis, Forecasting and Accounting PrinciplesStrong interpersonal skills and the proven ability to provide leadership with cross functional teams including sales, marketing and supply chainStrong project management experience; ability to develop, monitor and evaluate multiple projects with multiple deliverables and deadlinesDemonstrated capacity to think strategically with expertise in complex problem solving, decision making and critical thinking skills, displays good judgmentEffective at proactively assessing and resolving conflictsStrong Excel SkillsOur Total Rewards philosophy is to provide a meaningful and flexible spectrum of programs that equitably support our diverse workforce and their families and complement Kraft Heinz strategy and values.New Hire Base Salary Range: $75,400.00 - $94,200.00Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factorsBenefits: Coverage for employees (and their eligible dependents) through affordable access to healthcare, protection, and saving for the future, we offer plans tailored to meet you and your familys needs.
