The team is seeking a Claims Supervisor to join their leadership team. In the Claims Supervisor role, you will lead a team of adjusters and administrative and technical support staff. CIP or partial completion Appropriately licensed and/certified in all provinces in which claims are being handled or able to obtain the licenses/certification per local requirements. Knowledge of all team member related functions.Requires exceptional analytical and problem solving skills. Ability to actively review work of others via file reviews; identify coaching opportunities, act on needed coaching opportunities and position subordinates for successful development leading to advancement within the organization.
