Opportunity The Inventory Clerk will report to the Maintenance Manager and Coordinator and work in the maintenance department. Responsibilities include data entry, inventory control, purchasing activities, and creating a safe and orderly work environment. What You Will Be Doing Storeroom management: create JDE item number for new parts, label parts, restock inventory, keep storeroom organized, receive and put parts in the assigned bin locations, perform weekly cycle count, issue parts to work orders. Procurement of goods and services such as machine parts, tools, production and janitorial supplies. Assist with planning and scheduling of work orders, organize and maintain work order and PM records, maintain procurement and maintenance records in the assigned digital folders. Enter work order data in support of maintenance activity. Other duties as assigned. What You Need To Succeed High School diploma. Engineering/Technical background would be an asset. Minimum 3 years experience in the manufacturing industry. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong computer skills including JDE, Excel, Microsoft.
