We are currently seeking a motivated and resultsdriven Business Development Specialist to join our team and expand our presence in the North American market. Key Responsibilities Sales Growth: Identify and develop new sales opportunities through prospecting, pitching, and relationship building. Customer Engagement: Cultivate and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty. Lead Qualification: Qualify incoming leads and build opportunities for dental services for dental and engineering services. Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, sales, quality control, and production teams to meet customer needs. CRM Management: Manage accounts and relationships using our CRM and other tools. Market Analysis: Stay updated on clientspecific market trends to identify opportunities. Customer Service: Address client concerns and provide exceptional service to maintain satisfaction. Qualifications Education: Postsecondary education in business, engineering, or a related field (equivalent experience considered). Experience: Minimum 3 years of sales experience; experience in manufacturing services is an asset; strong focus on hunting and developing new business. Bilingualism: Proficiency in French would be a definitive asset.
