As our new Project Development Lead, youll play a pivotal role in making sure our building process is more efficient than ever before. What Youll Do Coordinating with trades and suppliers so everyones aligned and ready Managing and performing pre-construction preparations Reviewing construction drawings and checklists to avoid issues onsite Conducting site visits and inspections at key stages of construction to ensure readiness and quality Taking ownership of day-to-day tasks from our project checklists, executing them with precision and continuously looking for ways to improve the systems behind them. Watching the big picture across all active and upcoming projects keeping things on track and spotting ways to do it better next time Youll be part of a small, tight-knit team that values communication, accountability, and continuous improvement.
