Youre proactive, solutionsoriented, and committed to ensuring every project is completed on time and on budget. Responsibilities As a Mechanical Site Supervisor, youll play a pivotal role in the success of our projects. Reporting to the Superintendent or Field Operations Manager, youll: Oversee daily site operations and ensure all work aligns with company standards and client expectations. Lead and mentor Foremen and site staff, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency on every task. Review and implement project preplanning, including reviewing drawings for code compliance and material efficiency. Work closely with the safety team to maintain and enforce a strong safety culture onsite. Complete and manage required documentation, including safety reports, system testing, and job management forms in Site Docs. Address and resolve onsite issues, ensuring clear communication with all stakeholders. Represent the company at site meetings and collaborate with clients, contractors, and project teams. Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in mechanical construction or a related field. Journeyman or Red Seal certification in a mechanical trade (e.g., plumbing, gas fitting). Strong leadership skills and proven ability to manage site teams effectively. Expertise in reading and interpreting drawings, schematics, and specifications. Familiarity with safety regulations and industry best practices. Techsavvy with experience using project management tools like Site Docs. Assets Relevant and local construction industry experience. Additional certifications or training relevant to the role including: First Aid Fall Protection Gas Fitter Boom/Scissor Lift Forklift Benefits Company truck and gas card to ensure safe and convenient travel to job sites.
