High Net Worth Personal Lines Associate Account AdvisorWe are seeking a talented individual to join our Personal Lines team at Marsh. This role will be based in Toronto. This is a hybrid role that requires working at least three days a week in the office.You will be joining a dynamic team of insurance professionals who focus on High-Net-Worth personal lines risks within Marshs Private Client Services division in Toronto. We offer a fast-paced, high-volume, friendly team environment. You are organized and have exceptional multi-tasking abilities. During the initial months, you will learn our internal processes, Marsh Compliance and Transparency, Service Standards, as well as the fundamentals of the Associate Account Advisor role. Additionally, you will complete training on the full use of our Applied System, Epic.Responsibilities Collaborate with and support a nationwide team of Account Advisors to deliver exceptional service that aligns with our service standard requirements. Prepare templated market quote proposals, and renewal summaries for our high-net-worth clients, including managing client SharePoint sites. Review insurance policies for accuracy, identify coverage gaps, and prepare transmittal emails and including policy documents for advisors. Manage correspondence, and oversee new business and renewal reports, and occasionally obtaining quotes for remarkets, and other carrier submissions. Enter transaction data and coordinate with the accounting team to address any questions or concerns that may arise on behalf of client advisors. Perform various administrative tasks, including overseeing the HNW general email inboxes, as well as handling scanned mail documents within Epic BMS Demonstrate understanding and adherence to Marshs Compliance, Transparency, and Service Standards, as well as industry regulations. Assist with coverage inquiries for client advisors, including addressing occasional client-facing needs as necessary.What you need to have Post-secondary education or equivalent work experience, with a minimum of two to five years industry-related work experience; or an equivalent combination of skills and experience. Previous experience in customer service. Currently holds appropriate brokers license for the Province of Ontario (RIBO) or able to obtain the RIBO licensing within 3 months. Strong proficiency with Outlook and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Results oriented with a strong customer service focus. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.What makes you stand out Experience using Applied Agency Manager (EPIC) is an asset. Previous partnerships with High-Net-Worth Insurance companies. Exceptional Multi-Tasking and Organizational skills. Ability to work independently and within a team-based environment. Demonstrates strong team collaboration which includes adaptability and willingness to support team needs. Experience with AI tools.
