This position offers the opportunity to collaborate across global teams while working in a dynamic, agile environment.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, test, and implement new functionality with a focus on identifying and documenting defects.Gather, document, and communicate business requirements clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Develop comprehensive test plans in collaboration with development teams using Agile Scrum methodologies.Support manual testing efforts and lead initiatives to automate test processes.Take ownership of regression testing execution and work closely with test leads and senior QA team members.Develop automated scripts and tools to minimize manual work and streamline regression testing.Collaborate with Product Management and UX teams to deliver client-centric solutions.Coach and mentor junior and new team members.Contribute to the growth and success of the team by leveraging your unique skills and experience.Required QualificationsDegree or diploma in Technology or a related field, or equivalent experience.Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a related QA or software testing role.Proficiency in backend test automation tools such as SoapUI or REST API tools.Strong knowledge and experience with object-oriented programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python.Excellent problem-solving skills, integrity, and creativity.Strong team collaboration skills with a commitment to shared success.Effective communication skills, especially when working across diverse, cross-functional, and global teams.Preferred QualificationsExperience with front-end automation tools such as UFT, Selenium, TestComplete, or Protractor.Familiarity with tools such as HP QC and Jira.Prior experience working in Agile development environments.Interest in fintech and software technology industries. #J-18808-Ljbffr
