You can learn more about us at About The OpportunityIn this role, you'll be a key execution partner at the heart of our scaling journey. You will receive handson experience supporting critical operational projects, including a companywide product rebrand, crucial data cleanup, and workflow improvements. This position is a unique opportunity for someone earlier in their career, offering direct exposure to the CEO and senior leadership. You'll move beyond theory to immediately apply your business knowledge in a dynamic EdTech environment. What You Will Own (Core Outcomes) Project Execution & Change Management Support: Assist with project tracking in Jira, coordinate team communication, and help prepare training and documentation to support the successful adoption of new processes and ways of working. Our Team Accountability: You manage a dynamic workload, may face occasional extra hours during peak periods, and hold yourself accountable for delivering results and meeting high standards. Collaboration: While most of our work is remote, we gather in the office 12 times a month for essential inperson meetings.
