Job Description As an E&I Superintendent with an Electrical and/or Instrumentation Journeyperson ticket, youll leverage your expertise to oversee precise E&I projects in Saskatchewan. This role places you at the forefront of project development, execution, and completion, where your skills in managing multiple projects, budgeting, estimating, and guiding teams will be essential to our success. What would you be doing? Provide supervision to multiple crews and services. Prepare, monitor, and drive project schedule with the operations team to ensure budget and timelines are met. Estimate and manage project labour and material requirements. Establish, implement, and oversee site safety plans and quality control measures. Extensive experience in supervisory roles on industrial client sites with a solutionsfocused mindset. A journeyperson ticket in a mechanical or electrical trade is considered an asset. Proven leader who motivates people and maintains effective relationships with clients and crew. Have valid safety tickets such as CSTS, Standard First Aid, and Common Safety Orientation (CSO). Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication required.
