T&T Supermarket Inc. was founded in 1993 and now operates 36 stores across Canada (14 in BC, 7 in Alberta, 13 in Ontario, and 2 in Quebec). The company is Canadas largest Asian supermarket chain and plans to open several new stores in the coming years. Responsibilities Manage pick customers orders. Operate scanners so that the proper order is picked and inventory is managed accurately. Pick items from the shelves based on number, size, colour, quantity, and quality requirements. Pack items for shipping and ensure that orders are accurate. Stage items correctly for delivery. Operate handling equipment and ensure safety regulations are followed. Plan and monitor product storage and dispatch. Maintain a high level of health and safety standards. Shrink wrap products to pallets. Perform other general store duties as needed. Qualifications Previous experience working in a warehouse or retail environment preferred. Experience with an RF scanner and computerized order system preferred. Keen attention to detail, ability to lift heavy objects, ability to stay on feet for long periods. Positive attitude; selfmotivated; actively safety conscious. Ability to work in a fastpaced, busy environment. Good communication skills. Ability to work well on a team but be selfmotivated and independent at times.
