Job Overview Our client is seeking an Electrical Project Manager to join their Construction group in Vancouver. This position is ideal for a professional with a strong background in electrical project management who enjoys working in a collaborative environment and managing medium- to large-scale projects. The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of project delivery from estimating and procurement to financial management and client relations ensuring that projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with clients to identify opportunities and develop business relationships. Estimate projects and prepare detailed tender submissions. Review and negotiate contract terms to identify and mitigate risk. Oversee project financials, including budgets, billing, and forecasting. Manage procurement, schedules, and labour allocation to ensure project efficiency. Coordinate with field teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to maintain project flow. Monitor project progress and proactively resolve issues or scope changes. Conduct site visits and participate in project reviews to assess performance, quality, and lessons learned. Qualifications Electrical Trade Certification, Electrical Engineering Degree, or Electrical Technologist Diploma. Minimum 3 years experience in electrical project management and/or estimating. Experience with Accubid (Pro and Change Order) software preferred. Proficiency with MS Office, Procore, and AutoCAD. Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
