You are responsible for leading the endtoend customer supply chain relationship to ensure product availability, service excellence, and strong operational execution. This role manages the collaborative forecast process, drives accurate replenishment planning, and partners closely with retail customers and internal crossfunctional teams to deliver business objectives. In this role you proactively identify trends, optimize order patterns, mitigate service risks, and lead continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen customer collaboration and support longterm growth. Acting as the primary point of contact for customer supply chain topics, this role is critical in enabling operational efficiency, service performance, and aligned business planning. Responsibilities Lead and shape the strategic forecasting framework to align with longterm business objectives in relation to the customers Baseline POS, Innovations, and Promotions. Analyze consumer pointofsale trends (velocity, seasonality, distribution gaps) and customer order plans to identify replenishment opportunities and ensure optimal instock performance. Participate in the monthly S&OP cycle, aligning the customers annual plan with the Customer Business Manager (CBM) based on order plans and inventory, and input key updates into Account Health meetings. Design and implement strategies to optimize supply chain performance, reduce systemic inefficiencies, and enhance customer experience. Collaborate with retail customers to ensure accurate, consistent, and efficient order patterns for both open stock and displays. Monitor monthly shipment targets, instock performance, fill rate, and weeks of supply (WOS), proactively addressing performance gaps. Collaborate with Customer Service, Sales, Demand Planning, Logistics, and Reservations teams to ensure optimal order fulfillment. Manage the execution of promotional calendars and lead internal and external stakeholders to deliver on time. Ensure relaunches, GTIN changes, and UPC transitions are executed as planned, coordinating with Sales to secure timely customer item setup. Collaborate with supply chain partners to mitigate financial exposure related to service and customer compliance issues; work closely with Supply Chain Controlling to forecast deductions and resolve recurring pain points. Serve as the strategic architect of the Walmart supply chain partnership, driving initiatives that unlock mutual growth and competitive advantage. Own Customer Supply Chain KPIs, including InStock %, Fill Rate, Penalties/Net Sales %, WOS, and Returns/Net Sales %. Drive initiatives with account team members to develop and implement continuous improvement projects that support both company and customer goals. Contributor to the annual Joint Business Plan, category growth strategies and innovation pipeline alignment acting as the key stakeholder for the supply chain function, bringing vision and leadership in how to optimize strategic partnership between Walmart Canada and Beiersdorf. Build and manage multilevel relationships with internal and external partners, acting as the single point of contact for all customer supply chain topics. Lead or support internal and customerfacing meetings, preparing agendas, materials, and followups. Participate actively in the planning community by sharing learnings and helping develop standardized best practices for customer collaboration across the supply chain. Qualifications Bachelors degree in supply chain, Business, Operations, or related field. 35+ years of experience in supply chain, replenishment, forecasting, demand planning, customer operations, or account management. Strong analytical capabilities with experience interpreting POS trends, inventory metrics, and replenishment indicators. Proven experience collaborating with retail partners and internal crossfunctional teams. Knowledge of S&OP processes, demand planning principles, and supply chain performance metrics. Proficiency in Excel and planning/ERP systems (SAP, OMP, JDA, or similar). Preferred Qualifications Experience in CPG, retail operations, distribution, or customer supply chain roles. Understanding of customer compliance frameworks and deductions management. Skills Analytical Thinking: Ability to translate data into insights, identify risks, and propose solutions.
