Responsibilities Relationship Building Build and continue fostering positive relationships with department managers. Client Engagement Be the face of our brand during store visits, engaging with key stakeholders. Premium Display Locations Secure prime locations within key departments. Ensure our products shine in every aspect, maximizing visibility. Execution and Stock Levels Confirm that displays and walls are executed properly, meeting planogram expectations. Monitor stock levels and replenish as needed. Valuable Insights Provide detailed feedback through call reports. Capture visual insights during store visits. Qualifications Excellent Communication Skills: Articulate and effective communication to engage with department managers and internal managers. Warm and Approachable: A friendly demeanor that fosters positive relationships. Proven Relationship Builder: Demonstrated ability to establish lasting connections with cosmetic managers. Professional Appearance and Demeanor: Represent our brand with professionalism and poise. Passion for Cosmetics: Genuine interest in beauty products and industry trends. Access to Own Vehicle: Reliable transportation. Availability: Able to work Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
