OverviewStore Leader Trainee Canada role at 7-Eleven. The Store Leader is the heart and soul of the store. A Store Leader with an Assistant or two makes up the stores leadership team executing merchandising and marketing initiatives, driving profitability, developing the skills of the entire store team, and ensuring customers are well taken care of.
