OverviewJob Requisition ID # 25WD90636Position OverviewWere looking for a systems-minded, future-focused leader to join our SEO Center of Excellence as the Search Platform & Innovation Manager. This role bridges todays SEO infrastructure with tomorrows search landscapeowning the way Autodesk structures, scales, and innovates our search visibility across a massive digital ecosystem.Youll lead efforts to improve our sites technical search readiness, including crawl architecture, structured data, and internal linking systems. At the same time, youll push us forward into emerging search formatsfrom AI Overviews and LLM-based visibility to entity surfacing and knowledge graph readiness. This role is equal parts builder, connector, and forward thinker.ResponsibilitiesOwn the strategy and roadmap for SEO platform architectureensuring our pages, structure, and metadata support discoverability at scalePartner with MarTech, Web Engineering, and APM teams to implement scalable structured data (schema), page templates, and metadata systems across Autodesk.comLead initiatives to improve crawl paths, indexation control, and internal linking systems that elevate priority pagesMonitor AI-driven search innovations (SGE, Gemini, OpenAI, Bing Copilot) and translate them into actionable recommendations for how we structure and surface contentCollaborate with SEO content strategists to guide content IA, component-level markup, and entity-driven optimizationEstablish SEO platform standards and best practicessupporting international scale, accessibility, and reusabilityServe as the primary technical partner for site migrations, new platform features, and experimental rollouts tied to SEO performanceMinimum Qualifications5+ years in SEO, technical marketing, or web experience rolesideally supporting large-scale B2B websitesDeep understanding of structured data (schema.org), page architecture, internal linking, and crawl/indexation logicFamiliarity with AI/LLM-driven search trends and how they influence visibility strategiesExperience collaborating with engineering and CMS/MarTech teams to implement SEO best practices at scaleStrong communication and cross-functional partnership skillsyou can translate technical complexity into clear next stepsBonus: Experience working in AEM, Snowflake, or managing SEO visibility across localized/global sites.Learn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk! For Canada-BC based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $75,300 and $110,440. Offers are based on the candidates experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range.
