Base pay range CA$60.00/yr - CA$80.00/yr Direct message the job poster from Insight Global Work Type: Hybrid, 3 days/week onsite (flexible) Type: 6 Month Contract Pay Range: $60-$80 per hour Job Description The IT Project Manager will coordinate, track, and drive progress across approximately 18 active projects in the Data & AI portfolio, while also supporting cybersecurity initiatives. This individual will manage reporting, administration, and vendor collaboration, ensuring that processes are executed and closed effectively. The role requires a seasoned professional who thrives in ambiguity, adapts to ad-hoc tasks, and is comfortable working across time zones with global stakeholders. Responsibilities Manage and monitor multiple data, AI, and cybersecurity initiatives under the ship digitalization program Maintain project documentation, prepare status reports, and track deliverables across ~20 projects (ranging from 1 week to multiyear) Partner with professional services firms to ensure deliverables are aligned and processes completed Oversee and integrate cybersecurity considerations into Data & AI projects Accommodate meetings and deadlines across time zones Required Skills & Experience 8-10 years of IT project management experience, preferably in large enterprise environments. Strong background in Data & AI initiatives; familiarity with cybersecurity practices. Comfortable with ambiguity, shifting priorities, and ad-hoc tasks. Proven ability to work with external vendors and professional services firms. Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
