ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking a Senior Microsoft 365 Architect specializing in largescale tenant migrations, identity modernization, and enterprise endpoint management.This is not a traditional engineering role; it is a senior architecture and execution hybrid requiring deep technical mastery and the ability to deliver endtoend transformation across global enterprise environments. You will architect, plan, and execute complex migrations involving Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, and Intune/Endpoint Manager, including identity and workstation transitions across tenants. You will also define governance, security, and operational frameworks aligned with North American enterprise standards. This role is ideal for highly experienced cloud architects who want to work at North American quality levels while remaining based in India. The position offers regular collaboration with Canadian leadership and may include opportunities for onsite engagement at Canon Canada. A handson Microsoft 365 Architect who designs, governs, and delivers complex cloud identity and collaboration platforms with precision, reliability, and architectural excellence. Strategic and executiondriven you not only design largescale migration and endpoint strategies, but also lead teams to deliver them end to end. Meticulous and analytical known for producing highintegrity migration runbooks, identity plans, security baselines, and architecture designs. Customercentric able to translate technical complexities into clear business outcomes for executives and stakeholders. Extremely organized you plan migrations, communicate risks, manage dependencies, and maintain impeccable documentation. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES ARCHITECTURE & STRATEGY Architect largescale Tenant-toTenant (T2T) migrations involving Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, and Azure AD/Entra ID. Develop comprehensive migration architectures, mapping strategies, coexistence plans, and rollback frameworks. Consult on licensing optimization, collaboration governance, security posture, and enterprise adoption frameworks. MIGRATION EXECUTION & DELIVERY Lead endtoend migration execution using tools such as BitTitan MigrationWiz, AvePoint Fly, and Quest Migration Manager. Design and execute Teams migrations, including channels, settings, metadata, membership, and conversation history preservation. Oversee identity and endpoint migrations involving Hybrid Azure AD Join, Azure AD Join, Autopilot, profiles, and security baselines. ENDPOINT MANAGEMENT & SECURITY Architect and deploy advanced Intune (Endpoint Manager) solutions for Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android. Define and implement Zero Trust security models using Conditional Access, compliance policies, and device governance. Integrate and manage Apple Business Manager (ABM) and automated provisioning workflows. AUTOMATION & DOCUMENTATION Develop PowerShell automations for identity updates, reporting, and migration efficiency. Produce highquality architecture documents, runbooks, governance guides, and operational playbooks. COLLABORATION & STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT Work with Supras global Cloud, Security, and Project Management teams to drive seamless delivery. Provide executivelevel updates, risk assessments, and migration performance analysis. Support presales and solution design efforts for new Microsoft cloud transformation initiatives. SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES Deep expertise in Microsoft 365 Tenant Architecture, Identity, Collaboration, and Security. Expertlevel experience with T2T migrations across Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive. Advanced proficiency with Intune/Endpoint Manager, Autopilot, compliance, and device lifecycle management. Strong grounding in Azure AD/Entra ID, federation, sync, and identity lifecycle management. Understanding of Conditional Access, Zero Trust, MFA, SSPR, and Signin Security concepts. Familiarity with Microsoft 365 governance, lifecycle, and retention policies. Expertise working with ABM and modern provisioning workflows. Excellent documentation, communication, and crossfunctional collaboration skills. Strong analytical ability to assess complex tenant environments and produce migration strategies. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent. 10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure; 5+ years focused on Microsoft 365 enterprise architecture and migrations. Proven track record of delivering largescale M365 migrations in complex enterprise environments. Handson experience leading identity, device, and collaboration transformation projects. Experience working with international teams; North American or European exposure preferred.
