This role is ideal for someone who enjoys simplifying complex information, has strong technical writing skills, and thrives at the intersection of content strategy, product knowledge, and operational excellence. Your Impact Create and maintain clear, accurate productsupport and workflow documentation designed for conversational AI interactions Translate internal resources such as KB articles, SOPs, release notes, and troubleshooting guides into structured, AIready content Identify content gaps and proactively develop new materials to support evolving features and customer needs Apply metadata frameworks including tags, categories, intents, and versions to improve retrieval and context within AI systems Audit and update content to reflect new releases, workflow updates, terminology changes, and policy revisions Monitor chatbot performance and identify opportunities to improve accuracy, deflection, and customer experience Validate AI responses for correctness, tone, clarity, and alignment with support practices Partner crossfunctionally with Product, Customer Success, Operations, L&D, and AI Systems to maintain a single source of truth for support content Support the development of standards, style guides, and processes that help scale our AI knowledge ecosystem What You Bring You have 2 to 4 years of experience in content management, technical writing, enablement, or knowledge operations. You are a strong writer and editor with the ability to simplify technical concepts for diverse audiences. You have experience managing content lifecycles and working with multiple stakeholders across the business. You are familiar with conversational AI tools, knowledge bases, structured content formats, or metadata systems. You bring high attention to detail with a focus on accuracy, consistency, and clarity. You may have experience with AI grounding, JSON, tagging frameworks, SaaS support environments, or platforms such as Salesforce, Gainsight, or Zendesk. You may also have an understanding of restaurant technology, POS systems, or customer support workflows.
