About Your Next Challenge as a Senior DevOps Specialist We are seeking a DevOps Engineer with expertise in private cloud infrastructure to help design, implement, and maintain our onprem environment. The role involves building automation pipelines, managing virtualization, and ensuring that our infrastructure is scalable, secure, and reliable. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Nutanix technologies and will collaborate closely with development, operations, and security teams to streamline application delivery and infrastructure management. What You Will Do Develop and maintain automation scripts using tools like Ansible, Terraform, Packer, Python, PowerShell. Support crossfunctional teams by clearly communicating DevOps concepts, providing guidance, and helping to prioritize automation tasks. Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and application issues in a timely and efficient manner. Implement and/or maintain monitoring, logging and alerting tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK. Required Skills and Experience Minimum of 6 years of experience in DevOps as a DevOps Engineer within product development environments involving onpremise solutions or embedded systems. Expertise in scripting and automation using tools such as PowerShell, Bash, Python, Jenkins, Ansible, Packer and Terraform. Linux and Windows System Administration: Active Directory, domain management, user and access control, patch management, and PKI. Operating System Hardening: Familiarity with relevant standards such as CIS Benchmarks and NIST guidelines; experience with related tools is an asset. Configuration Management, Automation, and Infrastructure/Configuration as Code (IaC/CaC): Proficient in modern deployment and orchestration practices. Follow and implement DevOps best practices. Ability to automate repetitive tasks. Solid understanding of enterprise networking, storage, and virtualization. Fluency in English is required; knowledge of French is required due to contractual requirements. Preferred Additional Skills Ansible Automation Platform, Artifactory Linux+ / RHCSA, GIAC or OSCP Familiarity with Atlassian tools Agile and Scrum SELinux Nutanix, Proxmox Containers Eligibility Criteria (Mandatory) Must be eligible for registration with the Controlled Goods Program. Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a government of Canada Reliability status and Level 2 (Secret) security clearance.
