What Youll Be Doing Recruiting & Onboarding: Partner with hiring managers to scope, post, and promote roles across multiple channels. Own the endtoend hiring process, sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience. Maintain and optimize our applicant tracking system (ATS), draft offer letters, coordinate background checks, and handle employment documentation. HR certification (e.g., CHRP) is a strong asset. Experience 6+ years in human resources, with at least 3 years in a Generalist or Business Partner role. Proven experience in fullcycle recruiting and talent acquisition in a fastpaced, startup environment. Experience working with a distributed workforce across Canada, with a focus on inperson, hybrid, and remote employee experiences. Demonstrated success in building and scaling people operations functions, including HRIS, payroll, and compliance processes. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a proactive, solutionsfocused mindset.
