The Basics Team: Managing Director Employment Type: Full Time / Permanent Salary: $100,000 Base + Performance Bonus, based on experience Vacation: 15 days, prorated in the first year Benefits: Competitive benefits and strong work/life balance Hours: 40 hours a week with a flexible schedule Start Date: As soon as possible About this Opportunity - What Youll Be Doing Lead Medimaps business and product strategy to drive growth and user engagement. Develop and own Medimaps product roadmap and longterm vision. Collaborate with engineering and operations to deliver features that improve access and engagement. Identify new opportunities in the healthcare space and partnerships across Canada. Manage a small, highperforming crossfunctional team. Own company P&L, performance metrics, and reporting to the CEO. Does This Sound Like You? Experienced entrepreneur or operator, ideally in the healthcare or digital health space. Comfortable balancing strategic vision with handson implementation. Proven experience leading and scaling products or platforms. Excellent communicator with a bias for action and experimentation. Familiar with the Canadian healthcare landscape and its key players. Strong attention to detail, problemsolving skills, and a passion for aesthetics. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
