Job Duties Research all new customers online to see if there is an online presence Contact all new customers. Enter all relevant information into the CRM Track new customers after 30, 60, 90 days to ensure they are being looked after Introduce new customers to their account representative Field questions for 'brand new' customers for up to 6 months Contact customers in the Market Development Territory to determine if there have been changes in their business or any opportunities for equipment sales Liaise with Account Representatives and Branch Managers to transition customers into their territory Review reports of customers in Market Development to determine if new leads are available Work with managers and reps on special programs Performs other duties as required Be the primary point of contact for account creation.
