Enterprise Account Manager A contract management SaaS company, having had continued phases of growth is looking to expand the sales team by hiring an experienced Enterprise Account Manager. If you have a background in SaaS start-up/scale-up environments with a proven track record in managing mid-market to lower enterprise accounts then this could be your next role. Here you will be managing some of their most high-profile existing customers and be responsible for retaining and expanding the annual revenue across your portfolio. This person must be based in either British Columbia, Alberta or Ontario. Key Responsibilities: Retain and grow a portfolio of high-value accounts through strong relationships and strategic account planning. Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximise revenue within set portfolio. Collaborate with customer success and professional services teams to drive product adoption and ensure client satisfaction. Leverage data to monitor account health and identify areas for expansion. Act as a trusted advisor, solving problems and driving long-term customer success. What we're looking for: 8+ years of experience in account management or customer success, which must be within a SaaS company. Strong relationship-building skills with senior stakeholders in enterprise environments Autonomous worker, comfortable in a remote working environment. Previous experience within a start-up/scale-up company who is comfortable with expectations of building something. Commercial acumen and experience driving account annual revenue. Analytical mindset with a strategic approach to account planning Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment working with various teams within the company and your customers.
