Regional Sales Manager Canada (Explosion Safety & Powder Handling) Cullerton Group has a new opportunity for a Regional Sales Manager Canada with a global manufacturer of industrial explosion protection and powder handling safety equipment. This is a permanent, remote role with travel across Canada. The ideal home base is Toronto . Compensation is approximately $190,000 CAD base salary + bonus , depending on experience. We are seeking a technically strong sales professional to support existing Canadian customers while expanding market presence across industries such as food, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, wood, metals, and general manufacturing. The successful candidate will have experience in technical industrial sales , ideally within the powder handling, process safety, or explosion protection space. Bilingual ability in English and French is highly valued due to the importance of French-speaking regions in Canada. Responsibilities Manage and grow relationships with customers across Canada, ensuring high levels of support and responsiveness Develop new business within target industries involving dust collection, pneumatic conveying, and process safety applications Drive sales of explosion protection solutions including explosion vents, suppression systems, isolation equipment, and monitoring devices Conduct site visits, technical evaluations, and product presentations for engineering teams, plant leaders, and safety professionals Build and execute a comprehensive Canadian sales strategy focused on market growth and customer satisfaction Translate customer needs into tailored technical solutions and proposals Maintain detailed activity records, pipeline updates, and forecasting within CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) Stay current on relevant safety standards (NFPA, ATEX, CSA, OSHA-equivalent codes) and provide technical guidance to customers Collaborate closely with engineering, service, and marketing teams to deliver complete solutions Attend trade shows, technical conferences, and industry events across Canada to represent the company Requirements 5+ years of industrial or technical sales experience, preferably in powder handling, explosion protection, process safety, or related technical fields Strong technical understanding of industrial processes, dust hazards, and safety systems Bilingual EnglishFrench ability preferred due to regional customer needs Experience selling into manufacturing environments and working with engineering, operations, and EHS stakeholders Bachelor's degree in engineering or a technical discipline preferred Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems Willingness to travel approximately 4050% across Canada
