Job Posting: Branch Manager CTR Northern Division Position Title: Branch Manager Division: CTR Northern Division Employment Type: Full-Time Location: 13 Penner Road, Winnipeg, MB Reports To: President, Will Wiebe About the Role The CTR Northern Division is seeking a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager to lead our growing regional operations. This is a strategic and hands-on leadership role responsible for ensuring operational excellence, driving business results, building strong customer relationships, and cultivating a high-performing team culture. The ideal candidate will be an effective communicator, a strong decision-maker, and a leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Operational Leadership Oversee daily operations of the branch, ensuring adherence to company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. Monitor workflow efficiency, resource allocation, and operational quality to maintain high service standards. Identify opportunities to streamline processes, reduce costs, and improve overall operational performance. Team Management & Development Lead, mentor, and develop a team of supervisors and frontline employees. Conduct regular performance evaluations, coaching sessions, and training initiatives. Foster a positive work environment that aligns with CTR''s values and encourages collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. Business Growth & Customer Relations Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders in the Northern division. Analyze market trends and customer needs to support revenue growth and business development efforts. Support sales initiatives by identifying new opportunities and ensuring delivery of high-quality services. Financial Oversight Manage branch budgets, forecasts, and financial performance metrics. Review financial reports, track KPIs, and implement corrective actions when necessary. Ensure cost control practices and profitability targets are met or exceeded. Qualifications Bachelor''s degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 5+ years of leadership experience in operations, branch management, logistics, or a similar industry. Proven track record of leading teams, managing budgets, and driving operational performance. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to analyze data, make informed decisions, and adapt to changing demands. Demonstrated customer-service orientation and relationship-building skills. Proficiency with standard office and operational software systems. Preferred Qualifications Experience in the transportation, logistics, or industrial services sector. Knowledge of regional market dynamics within the Northern division. Experience managing multi-location or high-volume operations.
