About the Role: We are seeking a motivated Technical Sales Representative to promote and market IMDEX products, services, and solutions locally. This role involves building and maintaining client relationships, delivering technical solutions, and driving sales in alignment with IMDEX''s strategy. Respond promptly to client queries and complaints, escalating complex issues as needed. Technical Service Delivery: Provide technical support, training, and insights to clients. Account Management: Develop networks within the territory, identify opportunities for account growth, and manage CRM data. Identify new business opportunities, analyze market trends, and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients in the CRM system. Adhere to QHSE policies, use personal protective equipment, and report hazards or incidents. Risk & Compliance: ~ Follow IMDEX risk and compliance procedures, reporting any potential issues, and model Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the mining or drilling industry Experience with CRM systems Knowledge of drilling, mining processes, drilling optimization, rock knowledge, and data analytics Global Game Changers: Reduce environmental impact, embrace flexible thinking, and leverage global expertise.
