Position Title: Sales Manager Designation: Manager Function: Sales & Service Department: Sales Reports To Head of Sales - North America Purpose- Drive business development within the Canadian mining market by increasing market share, strengthening key account relationships, and expanding business volume and revenue. Achieve this by understanding customer challenges and delivering effective, value-driven solutions that position the company as a preferred partner. Role- Develop and manage customer accounts and relationships at all organizational levels across Canada, with key focus in Ontario/Quebec/BC. Clearly articulate the business value of our solutions and lead end-to-end solution development efforts. Maintain a thorough understanding of each customer''s business priorities and operating environment. Provide technical support to customers and coordinate timely delivery of technical solution in collaboration with the Product Group. Understand customer needs and challenges, and foster long-term partnerships that drive successful, value-added solutions. Educational Qualifications Bachelor''s degree in an Engineering discipline Mineral Processing /Mining / Demonstrated experience in the field will be equally valued. Bachelor''s degree in an Engineering discipline Work Experience Total Experience: 10~15 years maximum Relevant Experience- 7~10 years minimum Knowledge & Skills Required Mandatory- Business development, Key accounts, Supervision, Site Experience, Service Support, Maintenance Additional/Desirable- To be hands on at site for measurement, application study & inspection, must be available to travel within Canada Job Competencies (Behavioural) Mandatory- Good Communication, Analytical & Innovative thinking, Aggressive & result oriented Desirable-Good Interpersonal skill, team player, eye for detail Preferably Worked In Previous experience with Mining / Mineral Processing is must.
