Title: Sales Analyst (Retail Link) Industry: Retail Apparel Fashion Location: Montreal, QC Working Hours: Monday Friday (Remote on Fridays) Compensation and Benefits: $70-85k, Medical benefits, vacation, other Overview We are looking for a detail-driven Retail Link Specialist to turn Walmart data into powerful business insights. This role is key in driving sales growth, improving inventory health, and supporting smarter, faster decisions across the business. Qualifications 3+ years in retail analytics, CPG, supply chain, or a related field Hands-on experience with Walmart Retail Link tools (DSS, Luminate, NOVA) Advanced Excel skills; Power BI or Tableau is a plus Strong analytical mindset and presentation skills Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities Experience in apparel or fashion retail Knowledge of Walmart replenishment and forecast logic Familiarity with EDI and retail supply chain best practices Key Responsibilities Data & Reporting Pull, analyze, and interpret data from Walmart Retail Link (DSS, Luminate, NOVA, GRS, PO Tracking) Build clean, actionable dashboards for sales, inventory, in-stocks, and forecasts Track trends in POS, promotions, seasonality, and item performance Inventory & Supply Chain Insights Monitor in-stock performance and flag supply risks early Support smoother flow of product from warehouse to store shelf Item & Modular Excellence Validate item setup, pricing accuracy, and modular execution Measure impact of resets, new item launches, and assortment changes Business Intelligence Transform complex data into clear, meaningful recommendations Identify growth opportunities and operational improvements Support retailer-ready presentations and business reviews Cross-Functional Support Partner with Sales, Supply Chain, Planning, Finance, and Category teams Provide insights to support line reviews and strategic planning
