B2B Travel Sales Manager Location: Toronto or Mississauga, Canada Work Type: Full-time | Remote with Extensive Field Travel (Field Sales) Industry: Travel & Tourism / Hospitality / B2B Travel Technology Job Function: Sales | Business Development | Account Management About the Role We are looking for a Manager Sales to grow our B2B travel business by developing strong relationships with local travel agencies and expanding market presence across the Toronto & Mississauga region. This is a highly field-oriented role involving regular meetings with travel agents, business development, account management, and brand positioning in the local travel trade. Key Responsibilities Develop and expand the B2B travel agent network in assigned territory Generate new business opportunities and strategic affiliations Promote and position online travel products and services to travel agents Conduct product demos and client training for existing partners Follow up on quotes, inquiries, and active leads with travel agencies Maintain and grow relationships with existing accounts Coordinate with operations team for pre-sales and client requirements Achieve sales targets through consistent field activity (56 agency meetings per day) Required Qualifications (Must-Haves) Minimum 2+ years of experience in the Travel Industry Proven Business Development & Account Management experience Experience selling outbound travel destinations Strong understanding of the local travel trade and agency ecosystem Excellent communication skills in English (local language is a plus) Valid Driving License Legally authorized to work in Canada (Citizen or valid work permit) Nice to Have Experience working with airlines or outbound travel agencies IATA certification Strong existing network of travel agents in GTA Important Notes Remote role with ~80% travel within the assigned region Candidates must be based in Toronto or Mississauga (or nearby) Candidates from OYO, Airbnb, cruise-focused companies are not a fit Monthly salary payment cycle Reporting to VP Sales (International) Interview Process: 2 rounds (VP Sales + HR) Joining Timeline: Up to 30 days
