In this role, youll lead RFP responses, deliver tailored demos, and provide strategic insights to align our CRM and digital banking solutions with client needs. Ideal candidates have 7+ years of pre-sales or solution consulting experience, deep knowledge of banking systems, and a strong grasp of CRM platforms like Microsoft Dynamics.Duties & Responsibilities: Product Expertise:Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of the organization's CRM, Digital and lending products, including features, benefits, and competitive advantages.Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies related to lending products.Pre-sales Strategy:Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective pre-sales strategies that align with business goals and objectives.Analyse client requirements and tailor product demonstrations and presentations to showcase how our lending solutions meet their specific needs.Client Engagement:Engage with potential clients through presentations, workshops, and demonstrations to articulate the value proposition of our lending products.Conduct needs assessments and gather information to provide tailored solutions.Collaboration with Sales:Work closely with the sales team to understand customer pain points and contribute to the development of customized proposals and quotations.Provide support in preparing responses to RFPs (Requests for Proposals) and RFIs (Requests for Information), wherever required.Relationship Building:Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams.Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insights and recommendations based on their specific lending needs.Product Demonstration:Conduct compelling product demonstrations to showcase the functionality and benefits of our lending solutions.Address client questions and concerns during product demonstrations to ensure a comprehensive understanding.Pricing Strategy:Work closely with the sales team to understand right price point.Negotiate with internal stakeholders to arrive at right cost of delivery and final customer price point.Ensure approval is sought from Commercial Excellence team on all the deals.Contracting:Work closely with the sales team on client contract negotiationsWork Closely with internal / external legal team on closing contract document.Training and Support:Provide training and support to the sales team to enhance their understanding of lending products and improve their ability to communicate product value to clients.Market Intelligence:Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to provide insights for product enhancement and development.Skills & Competencies:Proven experience in RFP responses, demo preparation, and POC execution.Strong demo building and presentation skills, including creating customer-facing product documentation.Previous experience working with or for banks or financial institutions in a pre-sales or solutions consulting role.Working knowledge of project management principles is a plus.Experience engaging with financial services clients in the Canadian market is a must; experience in the Australian market is considered an asset.Deep functional knowledge of banking systems and digital transformation trends.Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics) is a strong advantage.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.Willingness and ability to travel extensively within Canada and internationally, as required.Required Experience & QualificationsBachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field.Proven experience of over 5 years in pre-sales, product management, or a similar role within the lending or financial technology industry.Strong understanding of lending products, financial markets, and regulatory requirements.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Analytical mindset with the ability to understand complex customer requirements.What we are offering?Rewards Beyond the Job: Enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including remote work, health insurance, retirement plan.
