Role Overview We are looking for a Sales Coordinator / Sales Administrator to join our team in person at our Toronto office. This role is focused on supporting our sales and account management teams , ensuring smooth order flow, accurate pricing and programs, and professional communication with our customers and partners. The ideal candidate is highly organized , comfortable working with data and Excel , and enjoys keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. Key Responsibilities 1. Sales Administration & Order Processing Enter and process customer orders and purchase orders (POs) accurately. Manage and monitor shipping schedules to ensure timely and accurate completion of sales transactions. Generate periodic sales reports for internal stakeholders. 2. Account & Customer Support Interact with customers, distributors, and retailers in a friendly and professional manner. Assist with day-to-day account needs, including documentation, forms, and follow-ups. Help maintain strong relationships with current accounts (distributors, retailers, and direct sales accounts). 3. Pricing, Programs & Vendor Portals Ensure each account has accurate, up-to-date pricing and product information. Support preparation for customer meetings, including building decks and presentations. Learn and use retail vendor portals and EDI systems for order management, item setup, and communication. Understand account contracts and help reconcile back-end program deductions and discounts. 4. Reporting & Sales Team Support Assist in building and maintaining reports to track sales performance by account, region, and product. Support the field sales team and reps by preparing sell sheets, sales tools, and summary reports. 5. Inventory & Purchasing Support Coordinate with the inventory and purchasing teams to help maintain appropriate stock levels. Assist in determining purchasing timelines based on sales trends and account needs. 6. Marketing & Trade Shows Assist with updating marketing materials, website content, and social media as needed. Help organize and support trade shows (planning, booking, materials, shipments, follow-ups). Ensure all trade show tasks are handled on time according to show deadlines. 7. Product Knowledge & Internal Collaboration Develop a strong understanding of KUUS product lines, features, and benefits. Collaborate with sales, marketing, inventory, and operations to ensure a smooth customer experience and a positive internal work environment. Qualifications & Expectations 12 years of experience in account coordination, sales support, customer service, or a similar role is an asset. Experience dealing with major retail buying groups (e.g., Walmart, Canadian Tire, Shoppers Drug Mart) is a strong plus. Bilingual (English & French) is an asset. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. Strong proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel , including formulas, pivot tables, and basic data analysis. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills . Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team . Highly organized with strong attention to detail, able to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently. Proactive, eager to learn, and willing to ''jump in'' where needed.
