What You''ll Do Strategic Leadership Provide executive leadership and strategic direction for the civil construction division. Partner with owners and senior leadership to define longterm growth objectives, targets, and market plans. Represent the company externally with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders. Estimating Expertise Lead and grow the estimating function setting standards for accuracy, competitiveness, and innovation. Manage complex civil estimates across site works, utilities, roadworks, and infrastructure. Drive continuous improvement in estimating processes and tools. Mentor and develop junior estimators to build a highperforming estimating team. Business Development & Client Growth Identify and pursue new business opportunities across municipal, private, and industrial sectors. Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, developers, consultants, and public agencies. Lead pursuit strategy, presentations, and negotiations for major civil contracts. Collaborate with marketing and operations to position the firm as a top choice for civil work. Operational Partnership Collaborate with Operations leadership to ensure smooth project transitions from preconstruction to execution. Support project teams with risk management, value engineering, and bidbuild strategies. Ensure alignment between estimating, commercial, and field activities. Ownership Mindset Demonstrate accountability, commercial ownership, and proactive decisionmaking. Influence culture, systems, and performance expectations across the company. Bring entrepreneurial energy to strategy, growth, and execution. Who You Are Proven Senior Estimator with a track record of winning civil construction work. 10+ years'' experience in civil heavy construction estimating, with leadership exposure. Strong commercial acumen and understanding of bidding, costing, and risk. Demonstrated success in business development, client acquisition, and relationship management. Resultsoriented with excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Highly organized, analytical, and able to prioritize in a dynamic environment. A leader who develops people, builds teams, and fosters collaboration across functions. Forwardthinking with a growth mindset and interest in longterm ownership alignment.
