We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager (BDM) to play a key role in expanding our growth and strengthening broker relationships across Ontario. Key Responsibilities: Establish and maintain strategic relationships with mortgage brokers and partners. Actively promote Wisedays innovative mortgage products and services. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the mortgage market. Stay up to date with market trends to inform strategic decisions. Deliver engaging workshops and presentations to brokers, clients, and partners. Represent Wiseday at industry events, seminars, and trade shows. Develop and execute strategic business development plans. Collaborate closely with the marketing team to design effective promotional campaigns. Analyze sales performance, forecasts, and market data to guide strategy. Negotiate and successfully close partnership agreements. Ensure compliance with all applicable industry regulations and standards. Compensation: Competitive base salary plus commission. Comprehensive benefits package. Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience in the mortgage industry. Fluent in English (French is an asset). Advanced digital and computer literacy. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong strategic and business acumen. Valid drivers license and access to a car for business travel. Availability for travel within Ontario as required.
