Job Opportunity: Sales Manager - Canada (Pump Manufacturing) Location: Canada Languages: English & French Summary: Mackinnon Bruce International is representing a leading pump manufacturing company in the search for a Sales Manager Canada. This role is responsible for driving sales growth, managing key accounts, and building strong relationships with clients, distributors, and partners across Canada. The Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in executing sales strategies, achieving revenue targets, and expanding the company's footprint in the Canadian pump and fluid handling market. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for the Canadian market. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and engineering partners. Manage assigned accounts, including sales forecasting, pipeline management, and performance tracking. Identify new business opportunities and support market expansion initiatives in various industries such as oil & gas, water & wastewater, power generation, and industrial process sectors. Represent the company at trade shows, sales meetings, and industry events. Collaborate with engineering, operations, and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction and technical support. Provide leadership and mentorship to support sales initiatives and team development. Travel across Canada as required (estimated up to 50%). Required Skills and Competencies: Strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills in English and French. Knowledge of pump systems, fluid handling solutions, and industrial applications is highly desirable. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, technical environment. Proficient in project management, CRM systems, and sales reporting tools. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant experience in industrial sales, pump systems, or fluid handling considered. Minimum 5 years' experience in sales, territory management, or account management. Proven track record of managing key accounts and achieving revenue targets. Ability to read and understand technical documents and specifications. Valid driver's license and current passport required. Work Environment: Office-based with travel across Canada to meet clients, distributors, and project sites. Exposure to industrial and manufacturing environments may be required.
