AC has built a proprietary creative effectiveness ad tech platform that can make and optimise ad creative using live data and insight.AC is six years old, in that time we have helped brands such as Mars, Brown Forman, Bose, Lipton, McDonald's, tonies,, Haleon, Formula 1 and Suntory Global Spirits, innovate their digital advertising.AC are scaling rapidly due to successes across clients and are looking to expand their team of advertising and technology-obsessed people in London.You can read more about our work here.We also have a weekly podcast about the future of advertising and a weekly show that interviews advertisers about their favourite ads.The RoleAC are looking for an Account Director to lead tier one accounts and run campaigns with world-famous brands. We're reinventing work as much as we are marketing, and are looking for someone entrepreneurial who wants to explore strategy, client management, technology, and data.Experience working at an agency running day-to-day operations for a big account or portfolio and leading senior relationships is essential. You will be the central contact point for the client and be supported by a team of Client Leads and execs. Direct line management experience is required.The role is a hybrid, with areas covering project management, data, strategy and creativity.You will have ownership with your team of a portfolio of clients, ensuring they are utilising our technology and supporting them to deliver their advertising campaigns and goals. We sit between a creative agency and a media agency, so we often work with multiple teams to deliver a holistic campaign; an understanding of both areas is important for this.The ideal candidate has an agency background with particular experience in paid social and media and insights reporting, but is keen to work in a more creative space. You should have a good understanding of Meta Ads Manager and other social platforms. It is essential to have an understanding of how digital advertising bidding algorithms work and to have an interest in the power of data.Day to Day RoleBe the central leader of the Client Account, ensuring each local market Client Lead is working on time and as expectedManage the day-to-day relationship with clients to make sure they stay investedLeading client data health-checks and communicating results, optimisations, efficiencies and further capabilitiesManaging the resource required to keep projects running efficiently, including briefing or managing copywriters or designers or ensuring the Client Lead team areKeeping on top of blockers or timeline changes, and being aware of the implications of timeline delays on a projectResolve client issues and provide structured feedback to Product to shape ongoing platform improvements.Not being a yes man, being a client consultant with ACs needs and recommendations coming firstAdd strategic value to the clients long term growth to grow and retain the portfolioStay ahead of industry changes and knowledge to keep us at the forefront of innovating digital advertisingWho are you?You have at least 4 - 5 years of direct industry (agency) experienceYou enjoy building relationships with clients and have a proven track record of thisYou have experience handling a large, multi-market or multi-brand complex clientYou have experience growing a commercial relationshipYou have experience using DV360 and/or Facebook/Snap/TikTok Ads ManagerBoth right and left-brained, highly organised and excited by data but has an interest in making on-brand and beautiful creative tooDetail-oriented as we often work with large numbers of ad creative, multiple clients and large data sets, an eye for numbers and precision is keyEfficiency-driven, weve built a company around automating tasks that are boring and slow, we want you to constantly be looking for ways to make your own role easier through automation and processSelf-sufficient, has a let me google that attitudeThe BasicsYou will be joining 30 full-time employees in the UK, LATAM and CanadaThe Toronto team are currently relatively remote, but do one day a week on Thursdays when all available in a Adelaide Co-Working spacePerksTarget-based incentive structure in place for team performance30 Days annual holiday, not including Public Holidays and Christmas ClosureRemote and flexible working opportunities3pm Finish every FridayNo meeting FridaysClassPass monthly membership covers Beauty, Fitness classes & WellnessPrivate Health InsuranceCompany pensionRegular socials and potential annual European trip (The team has done two London trips and one to Antwerp in the past two years)..If you feel theres a perk that would guarantee you joined us, then let us know were open to anything!CultureOur culture is built on trust.
