As an Account Executive, you are the primary point of contact for new Auvik prospects, focusing on closing net new sales opportunities. What will I be doing? Work with prospects to develop them into successful customers and partners. Uncover the business problems prospects are trying to solve with network monitoring & management. Help prospects articulate the value of addressing those problems. Demonstrate how Auvik solves those problems and support trials/POCs. Create detailed action plans to navigate the buying process. Track all activities and manage your funnel. Collaborate with partner and customer success teams to deliver ongoing value. Exceed quotaquota is the threshold, not the ceiling. What are we looking for? A tenacious selfstarter with a drive to succeed. Proven success in meeting/exceeding targets in SaaS sales or sales engineering. A people person with a friendly, positive manner. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Experience selling networking, RMM/EMM, PSA/ITSM, or similar technical products. Technical aptitude or experience selling a highly technical product. Are there bonus points? A track record of overachievement (e.g., sales awards, exceeding targets). Knowledge of Salesforce. Compensation Details Our philosophy is market competitive, performancebased, equitable, and transparent. Compensation ranges are based on market data and reviewed regularly. Hiring Range:Intermediate OTE (Base + Target Incentive): $103,000 $123,500 CAD.Senior OTE (Base + Target Incentive): $127,000 $152,000 CAD.
