What We Are Looking For Were currently seeking a Senior Manager, CFO Advisor to join our forwardthinking, collaborative team. As a senior leader within our CFO Services function, youll provide clear direction, develop talent, and set the tone for a highperforming team. Youll oversee workload planning, guide priorities, and ensure our advisors deliver consistent, highquality support to a diverse portfolio of clients. In this role, youll bring structure, confidence, and strategic insight helping clients navigate audits, reporting cycles, forecasting, and key decision points. Youll be the steady voice executives, boards, and business owners rely on to turn financial information into meaningful action. What You Will Be Doing Mentor and develop team members, building technical strength and consulting capacity within the firm. Lead client engagements as a trusted CFO advisor, providing financial reporting, audit coordination, and strategic guidance. Oversee preparation, review, and presentation of financial statements and reporting packages to executives, boards, and owners. Provide indepth analysis of budgets, forecasts, cash flows, and KPIs, helping clients anticipate challenges and seize opportunities. Guide clients through yearend audit processes and liaise directly with external auditors. Ensure the profitability of client files through accurate billing, efficiency, and valuedriven delivery. Represent TCO in the community, supporting business development and growth of the firm. What You Will Bring Leadership presence with the ability to mentor, motivate, and influence. High emotional intelligence, integrity, and professionalism. Strong technical expertise in financial reporting, audit preparation, and financial analysis. Proven ability to partner with executives and boards, delivering insights that shape business decisions. Excellent communication skills to distill complex financial data into clear, actionable advice. A balance of analytical depth and strategic vision. Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, resultsdriven approach. Education and Experience 7+ years of progressive experience in finance, audit, or advisory, with at least 3 years in a leadership or clientfacing role. Experience preparing and reviewing audited financial statements. Strong background in budgeting, forecasting, and cashflow management. Familiarity with cloudbased accounting and financial tools (e.g., QuickBooks, Dext, Plooto, ApprovalMax) considered an asset.
