We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Project Manager for one of our Ontario offices (Burlington, Mississauga, London, Kitchener, Guelph, Toronto or Bowmanville). Job Responsibilities Lead the design and preparation of traffic signal layouts, roadway illumination designs, lane markings, and signage. Lead and review the preparation of lighting analysis using AGi32 software. Develop and review electrical wiring diagrams, schematics, and detailed design documents. Perform voltage drop calculations and ensure electrical integrity. Prepare contract documents, technical specifications, and other required documentation. Coordinate with hydro companies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (O.Reg. 22/04). Prepare accurate asbuilt drawings. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and other project managers. Provide technical oversight, training, and mentorship to junior staff. Manage client relationships and oversee project management activities to deliver on time, scope, and budget. Ensure adherence to industry standards, safety protocols, and quality assurance throughout execution. Qualifications Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering. Licensed Professional Engineer with Professional Engineers Ontario (PEO), or a holder of a Limited License. Minimum of 10 years of experience in traffic signal and roadway illumination design. Proficiency in MicroStation and/or AutoCAD. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Certification with IMSA in Work Zone Safety and Traffic Signal Design Levels I and II is an asset. Valid Ontario Drivers Licence (Class G) and access to a personal vehicle.
