Your Role As a Field Service Technician, you'll play a pivotal role in providing exceptional customer support for both installed systems and new installations. Key Responsibilities Work in a supportive team with experienced coworkers, both at customer sites and in the office, who will teach you all the knowledge they have about our machines. Prepare, execute and report preventative equipment maintenance visits. Attend customers' sites to conduct service visits. Troubleshoot production issues at customers sites. Complete onsite evaluations, install machine enhancements, and appropriately test and calibrate parts to meet tolerances and product specifications. Ensure that the JBTMarel experience for customers matches the JBTMarel promise of superior performance, service, and quality with outstanding communication skills as you work closely with customer management, supervisors, etc. Troubleshoot and perform breakfix services to hightechnology foodprocessing equipment.
