Compensation: $25.50$30.00/hr (~$53,000$62,000/year) + benefits, RRSP matching, professional development Start Date: Immediate Lead. Support. Empower. Street Culture Project is hiring a Youth Housing & Staffing Manager to provide operational leadership to our Transitional Housing programs. Youll oversee frontline Youth Care Workers, coordinate staffing coverage, and ensure that youth in our Peer Homes and Shelter receive safe, consistent, traumainformed care. This handson management role works closely with onsite Supervisors and program leadership to keep our housing programs running smoothly. This role is ideal for an experienced Youth Care Worker, Team Lead, or Supervisor ready to step into a formal management position. Key Responsibilities Coach, train, and support Youth Care Workers using traumainformed, youthcentered approaches Coordinate daily staffing schedules and coverage across multiple housing locations Provide realtime guidance and support to staff during shifts Ensure program standards, policies, and documentation requirements are met Collaborate with program leadership to support highquality care and continuous improvement Qualifications Minimum 2 years of direct youth care experience (required) Experience supervising staff or acting as a team lead (asset) A deep commitment to equity, harm reduction, cultural humility, and traumainformed care Excellent communication skills and the ability to remain calm and decisive under pressure A drive to build others up, improve systems, and hold space for complexity Additional Requirements Strong time management and documentation skills Valid SK Drivers License and acceptable driver abstract Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector clearance (upon hire) Comfortable using HR software, scheduling systems, and Microsoft Office First Aid/CPR, ASIST, or Mental Health First Aid (asset; training can be provided) Why Work With Us At Street Culture Project, were not just a teamwere a movement.
