Communicate with customers and staff in a professional and courteous manner. Provide accurate information to Management and Cargo Movement Control. Maintain and enforce company procedures relating to the workplace (attendance, uniforms, equipment operation, safety). Delegate responsibilities of Ramp activities & oversee performance and productivity. Ability to collaborate with peers, internal partners and external customers to offer them an excellent customer service journey. Provide direction to Ramp staff in order to maintain on-time performance of all flight and truck departures. Create a positive customer experience while meeting Customer and company standards pertaining to quality of work performance. Provide leadership, motivation and direction to staff, as well as train and develop new staff. Maintain & improve operations by suggesting time/cost saving ideas and operational strategies. Perform other related duties incidental to the work described herein. Minimum Qualifications High School Diploma, PostSecondary education in an Aviation related or Management program would be an asset. Minimum 3 years experience in the air cargo industry. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must be detailoriented and have good organizational skills. Must be reliable and have strong work ethic. Strong working knowledge of MS Office applications. Ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment. Must possess a valid Drivers license.
