In This Role, You Will Participate in and adhere to health and safety programs and policies. Support innovative campus attraction programs both virtually and oncampus. Assist with our nationwide Campus Recruitment Program, both virtually and oncampus at postsecondary institutions across Canada (travel may be required). Support EVRs studentemployee engagement and retention strategy involving events/activities and leading studentfocused programs. Build relationships and communicate effectively with external organizations and internal business partners. Participate in the fullcycle recruitment process, including interviewing students for coop and summer student positions. Manage the onboarding process in SAP. Post job opportunities on company website and school job boards to attract qualified applicants. Manage the Student Committee and coordinate studentfocused events, including planning, hosting, and execution. Create and evaluate innovative ideas and technologies to help improve the way we do business. Requirements Currently pursuing an Undergraduate degree in Human Resources. A valid Class5 Drivers License or extraprovincial equivalent, without learners restrictions (preferred). Motivated selfstarter; able to prioritize work under pressure and show great attention to detail while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism. Strong written, verbal and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas and concepts to multidisciplinary teams. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access). Experience with HR programs/software is an asset.
