At VIP Valet, we pride ourselves in offering clients our 5 star valet service. We are presently seeking bilingual host/hostesses to provide exceptional and flawless customer service to our clients. DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES (AND DUTIES): A host/hostess presents the first positive impression of VIP Valet''s level of customer service to our clients. The person in this position will greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide a positive friendly hand-off . The host/hostess should have a fun and smart disposition and must be able to carry natural conversations with clients. Responding to inquiries and concerns is an important aspect of the job. This person must be able to use visual clues to anticipate the needs of our clients. Keeping situations calm and under control during busy periods is essential. Our host/hostess must understand and present extraordinary customer service skills. QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS: Understanding of great customer service and be able to provide it. Ability to work calmly and keep composure during busy moments. Welcoming and friendly demeanor. Ability to multi-task. Must have a valid driving license ( minimum 5 years of experience) . Detail oriented. A desire to help out and be a team player. Be able to work standing up for multiple hours in a row. Candidates must understand the importance of taking initiative and have a smart work ethic. Candidates must adhere to and respect the VIP Valet dress code. Flexibility with shifts. QUALIFICATIONS ET COMPETENCES : Comprhension d''un excellent service client et tre capable de le fournir. Capacit travailler calmement et garder son sang-froid pendant les moments occups. Attitude accueillante et amicale. Capacit effectuer plusieurs tches. Doit avoir un permis de conduire valide (minimum 5 ans d''exprience). oucieux des dtails.
