Here are the specifics: WHAT YOU''LL DO Provide support for team members and customers alike, and contribute to the overall vision and sales objectives of the store Ensure the store is well-run, well-merchandised and well-staffed Attract, hire, retain and develop talented and passionate Customer Experience Representatives Maintain performance management records Execute the store''s annual business plan as delivered by the General Manager Engage and inspire our customers on the floor Make meaningful connections Createa warm and welcoming environment in our stores Leverage our product to tell stories Add joy to our customers'' lives Curate specific product collections for each customer you meet Leave alasting impression Qualifications WHO YOU ARE 2 + year of management or leadership experience with demonstrable skills and success in leading and developing others Experience in retail or the services sector Proven track record of achieving sales and performance targets Passionate Enthusiastic Curious Humble Giving Driven Additional Information Indigo Books & Music is committed to treating all people in a way that allows them to maintain their dignity and independence.
