What You''ll Be Doing Drive Accounts Receivable Collections: Take ownership of collections, follow up with clients professionally, and find satisfaction in resolving challenges. Connect Operations and Finance: Collaborate with technicians and dispatch to ensure work orders are properly closed and invoiced. Partner with Sales: Streamline invoicing and collections processes for efficiency and accuracy. Ensure Accuracy and Speed: Generate and send precise invoices, process vendor invoices, and keep workflows moving. Maintain Financial Health: Reconcile accounts and credit cards, resolve discrepancies, and keep records clean and reliable. Support the Business: Assist with reporting, dashboard maintenance, and ad hoc requests that keep our decision-making sharp. Track Performance: Monitor KPIs and provide insights that help the team stay ahead of issues. What We''re Looking For 24 years of accounting experience (construction, trades, or job-costing background is a big plus). Comfort with Excel and Microsoft 365 (including Outlook, SharePoint, and OneDrive). Experience in ERP systems like Jonas is an asset, but not required. Detail-oriented, proactive, and organized, with strong follow-up skills.
